Christmas 2008

We had such a wonderful Christmas this year. We first celebrated Christmas Eve a few days early with my family. Part of our tradition is to act out the nativity scene. The kids had just finished playing in the snow, so don't you just love the rosey cheeks? Here is Heather (Mary), Jayden (Joseph), Michelle (in charge of dressing the kids), Dylan (shepherd) and Megan (angel). As you will soon see, Dylan didn't like being a shepherd for long...

Tim made such a great donkey last year, he was recast as that role again. Dylan didn't want to stand by as a measly shepherd, so he found another hat to wear and insisted on riding the donkey with Mary. Who knows...maybe Jim Bridger is part of the nativity story.

On Christmas Eve we slept at Tim's parent's house. Here are the boys just before bed in their matching PJ's with Grandma Jessop.
