An equally excited Dylan with his basket:
After church we were able to go join Tim's extended family at his grandparent's house. It is always fun to spend time on their farm! We did a huge Easter Egg hunt there. My kids were the only little kids, so they did an easy section for them, and then all of the big kids got to hunt for all of the very well hid eggs. They are hidden so well that Dylan ended up finding an egg from last year...gooey old candy inside along with a quarter. Yuck, but money is fun! Grandpa Rob is helping the boys spot some eggs:
Gavin even got in on the action. He didn't care so much what was inside, but he sure wanted to carry some eggs!
Checking out their treasures after the hunt:
Dad (one of the big kids) lucked out to find an egg with money:
We always have to finish off the night with a round of hokey-pokey. My kids want to do it over and over again. Grandpa Jessop playing his guitar while everyone does the hokey-pokey:
"...You do the hokey-pokey, and you turn yourself around..."
We also had a little Easter Egg hunt at our house for the boys the day before Easter. They didn't even care so much what was inside, they just wanted to hunt for eggs:
These next few pictures are a bit old. They were taken in the fall, but I just got them from Tim's aunt. I thought they were cute and wanted to share, so sorry they are out of order. They were taken up at G&G Jessop's farm too.
